Captain Zuke:
A New Glam Rock Musical

Captain Zuke is a new musical set in the world of 1970s glam rock. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant sounds of David Bowie, T. Rex, Queen, and more, Captain Zuke delves into themes of queer identity, the price of fame, and the desire to create one's own unique fantasy, no matter the consequences.

Captain Zuke made its concert debut in a sold-out performance at Joe's Pub on August 6, 2024. For this performance, audiences were invited to a concert performed by Captain Zuke himself, fresh off the breakup of his revolutionary band The Electric Jukes, and the mysterious estrangement from its cofounding member Jack. This concert presented an abridged version of the show, giving the audience a taste of the characters and story.
